Buy 3 Get 4th Free - Turanza Serenity Plus Tyres @ Bridgestone

220

Was looking for tyres, found this offer. Seems like started recently on this tyre.
Generally there is always a similar kind of sale for Potenza Adrenalin which is very good based on my personal experience, only downside is it won't give as many mileage as claimed by this. Adrenalin Potenza lasted 40K km on my Ford Focus, and now need replacement. Price difference between set of four is around $50 (that's $12.5 per tyre), for 10K Km extra (claimed) I think its worth a try. There is also a similar sale on Adrenalin Potenza and Supercat SUV tyres.

making it perfect for luxury touring and passenger vehicles.

Your car clearly isn't luxurious enough

      • This will make it more comfortable.

    • These Bridgestone promotions never have my tyre sizes either (three different cars).

      • What are the sizes?

        • 215/40/18 (town runabout) & 255/35/19 (family car and one I would like these on the most). The third car has a staggered fitment with neither of the sizes being included (although it's less of an issue because I wouldn't put these on that one anyway).

          • @Evil-Elmo: 225/40R18 is doable for the 215/40R18.

Serenity plus don't go down to a 35 profile. The vehicle using that tyre size might be sportier than touring so doesn't quite fit the target market for Serenity Plus.

I'm at 70k km now with maybe another 10k km to go. 205/60R16 on a Prius-v.

    • Prius-v.

I think you would have got closer to 100k if you performed less hand brake slides and front wheel burnouts. Bloody hoon cars.

      • The regenerative braking is hard on the tyres.

  • check Tempe tyres (all branches), they have pretty decent price

    • do they sell this tyre? I was informed this is exclusive to bridgestone only?

      • You're correct. Serenity Plus is exclusive to Bridgestone.

I got the Bridgestone Dueler as stock tyres and found the tyres losing grip in wet condition or when turning from standing. After 40k km I then tried Pirelli Scopion but they were even worst. They could only last 25k km then I had to chance them as I didn’t feel safe at all whenever it rained. I got Nexen and guess what they are 10 times better the stock tyres. I wish I knew earlier.

  • I just got a set of yokohama geolanders for my kluger (245/55/19) for a buy 3 get 4… so far very happy.
they seem to have a reasonable warranty with them.
(was umming and arrring between those or pirelli scorpion verde all seasons)

It seems there is always some sort of 4 for 3 deal going on.

I got 125,000km out of a set on my camry. Changed them when I started sliding around everywhere in the rain (yes, yes I know - but it was fun).

They've definitely shot up in price though… may still be worth it.
