It should be fixed now sorry for any inconvenience.
Up to 50% off all, or 50% off all?
Title and body do not match.
Its 50% off all clothing although we have other items and accessories instore where discounts are differed thanks for that didn't notice the error earlier.
It's a factory outlet and the prices are usually 30-50% off from memory (I've looked at the Chatswood store before). Online store is very dodgy. The prices they advertise don't include GST, with the GST added in the cart. I couldn't find any mention of this anywhere on their website. I believe this is illegal - all prices advertised must state the total end cost or at the very least state plus GST (or similar). If GST is not mentioned, then the price is deemed to be inclusive of GST.
They're just emulating the true American experience.
In America you pay advertised price + tip, so what they do here is advertised price + GST. Woohoo!
The online store is still currently under construction. GST and Shipping prices will be fixed as soon as possible.
The online store does calculate the GST and shipping costs at the checkout screen.
Adding GST at the end is illegal
how about Darling Habour store? is it on special as well?
Yes our Darling Harbour store is currently on a 30% off all clothing store.
The stock range is entirely different though.
Give us some example prices that are bargains before we waste our time going to your store. Your website can't be trusted as it's displaying bullst untaxed illegal pricing, and can't provide shipping costs either.
And what is the 50% off? Your normal everyday price, or fake RRP prices? Your website says you always provide 30-60% off RRP so technically we should see some prices 80% off RRP, please detail which products these are.
All clothing is 50% off our marked price. Our prices are always 30-60% RRP and with this sale some items come do come to 80% RRP i.e we have short sleeve Mens Ralph Lauren Polo shirt for $65 and 50% off = $32.50
In the Raplh Lauren store in the QVB the same shirt is $90.Your website shows the polos at $29.99 each and on checkout it goes to $32.99. I know that is close to $32.50, but IMO, as a rep you really should be using the real prices you are sellig them for.
Ralph lauren DFO is selling polos for $119 - 70% at the moment, very close to your prices.
Hi Guys,
DFO is selling Polo RL at good prices at the moment, USA Outlet does its best to have sharp prices all year on a unique range of brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, GAP, American eagle and many more.
USA Outlet hopes to offer the best deals in town and we wont stop trying !!!
Thanks for your support over the years guys
I found a shop in chatswood selling fake luxury brand clothing a while ago, is your stuff genuine?
All our products are imported from USA and is 100% authentic.
They used to have a store (or still do) in Chatswood arcade. All fake junk. Maybe they have changed and started importing genuine gear. I will check out the harbourside store and let you guys know. Its mostly low end stuff from the main labels anyway. Nothing great by the looks of the website. A place for lads to shop(lift).
yep thats the one I remember, walked in and instantly knew the stuff was fake. Was not cheap either, blatant scam.
Hey guys,
google search adam v ralph lauren and it is public record our products are genuine, refer to a landmark case over 6 years and billed as David v Goliath ( Adam Ziliani) v Oroton group, Ziliani was victorious and all products deemed genuine and verified imported directly from the USA.
We have been retailing USA brands for 20 years and were the original distributors to Australia for Calvin Klein in 1992 and Tommy Hilfiger in 1994.
In Australia if you are found selling one or more of the big brands your products will be purchased and inspected by the distributors of those brands. If found to be not genuine the local court will issue a warrant on the products and the goods will be seized by the police and or sheriff then soon after.
Comments made relating to selling non authentic products being sold by us are patently incorrect, the true information is available as public record listed above.I don't mean to have a go at you, but what does this case have to do with USA Outlet? That was a case against a small retailer "Brands 4 Less" which Polo Ralph Lauren didn't want them selling their products in a discount store. It proves their stock was genuine, but not yours. I'm sure your stock is genuine as well, but I just don't know how bringing up this court case can help validate it.
The owner the USA Outlet is Adam Ziliani who is the defendant in the above mentioned case and also the owner of the Brands 4 Less chain. as previously stated it is simply not possible to retail non authentic big name brand products in mainstream retail in Australia for any period more than a few weeks and obviously not for a period of decades.
I do appreciate it takes some reading to understand the court case though needed when making statements relating to the above store. Thank you for your comments guys and we are happy to post any information needed.right. So. Would the sale be extended to your online store as well?
No the sales are in store only.
which means the prices i see online, i can get 50% off in store?
Yes at the chatswood store we are offering 50% off already reduced prices and in most cases it would be cheaper that than our online store.
hmm. not to criticise your marketing strategy and all but that has got to be the worst. marketing scheme. ever. Ever occurred to you guys not everyone lives in nsw? Plus it's not like you guys offer free shipping to compensate anyway.
noticed you guys have an online store as well… but doesn't say how much shipping is?
