You can shrink them with heat (direct sun/dryer) if they're a little big

I sized down on mine and they split from being too small. I got a normal size replacement and left them in the sun to heat up then wore them for the rest of the day. Took a few days but now they moulded nicely

I'm wearing size US 11.5 sometimes US12 shoes. With crocs I'm comfortable with US11.
If in doubts, go try some of their sandals in the nearest Anaconda and then order online.

Only one account. I couldn't buy anything since yesterday. But from my experience I need to wait some time to back to normal. I think the problem is from Catch payment side

This happened to me and I paid with gift cards. They provided credit on my account which I couldn't use.
Finally I had to get consumer affairs to sought the issue.
You may reuest them to make the account active.

For those without a OnePass subscription but have Amazon Prime, check out Amazon's Crocs store. They have some on sale as well that works out pretty much the same AFTER adding shipping from catch. Eg. My wife was looking at the "Crocs Women's Classic Platform Clog" $67.94 @ catch with shipping or $65 with free shipping at Amazon prime. Plus prime has better return policy from experience.
