  Wonder what the quality is like on this model. We bought one of the previous Aldi models of smoker in this style and it’s great value for money and actually rebranded HARK smoker but it’s slightly different to this one. This one looks a little lower quality at first glance

  The gas smoker 2 times ago (May 2021) was a rebranded Hark (looks exactly the same as the current Hark 2-door).

  This version (May 2022 and October 2022) doesnt correspond to any Hark model. It might still be made by Hark (maybe they made a completely new model, more cheaply, just for Aldi), but I couldnt find any indication online that these were made by Hark. Can anyone who bought in May 2022 confirm? (Should state in the manual who to contact for warranty repairs.)

    I've seen on some BBQ forums that these are still warrantied by Hark.

      Do you have a link by any chance? I couldnt find any confirmation that they were still wareantied by Hark in my search (but maybe my forum search skills have failed me!). :)

      Yes I would like to know more as well . Looking at up grading to this one.
      The Aldi Gas Smoker is great, have had one for 4 years still going well although this newer one has got a viewing window and a separate door to the wood box which is a real good improvement.

  These are thin and don't retain heat very well and the gas blows out super easily.
