AU website and OP from previous deal who has them states BT 5.0.
Both sites really to update their info. It's confusing!
are these good for TV? will not having a centre make a bit difference compare to a soundbar?
Depends on how vocals focused the soundbar is, as well as depth & clarity. I've got a samsung hw t650 3.1 soundbar (~$600 RRP) and i bought a pair of $20 vintage sony speakers recently that give more clarity than them.
Depends on what soundboard you're using and other output aspects.
As example, this has a subwoofer where the soundboard may not (?).
So kit will be better than your TV speakers, but may or may not be better than a soundbar without knowing more.
would these speaker be good for vocals from a TV?
No soundbar at this price will compare really. Centre speaker doesn’t matter as this is stereo and good quality speakers.
Highly recomend this i have the older model well worth the money and built well.
s360db is back in stock at $424 for anyone who is interested.

Are they worth the premium?
Sorry I don't have any of these speakers.
I just saw the s360db was $424 in the Amazon deals section.
I checked on ozbargain and it was popular at this price as you can see in the link 76 positive votes.

In this forum the differences are easily compared. While i suspect the 360 has better and louder sound, the remote and input locations on the 351 better suit me.
yeah that thread is only good for comparing features, none of those 'specs' have any correlation whatsoever to sound quality.
This deal is back, today only.
Amazon listing and Edifier's website states the speakers has Bluetooth V4.1
