    The two times I've ordered from them they've been packed in a slim piece of cardboard- might as well have been nothing. Both times have been DoA. Waste of time imo.

    Bought 3x 6TB Red plus, arrived packed well, and working still, no issues.

    Think it really depends on the packer, and if they know the fragility of the items they are packing.

    I ordered 2 10TB drives from Amazon US recently, both were shipped together in a plastic mail bag that had no protection, 1 was in a cardboard box with plastic holders inside, and the other was literally loose in the plastic bag with NO protection at all. I sent the loose one straight back.

  mine came really well packed… was in black plastic wedge with a oversized carton
  say 25 x 25 cm
