Unfortunately, we have this machine at home and it's utter garbage. The people at the vacume store sold this to my mom as of equivalent quality to the Miele that we were replacing and it's just obviously not. There is a button on the handle but it's a basic switch that's wired down the hose to turn on the brush, instead of miele's remote control to turn the vacume on, the hose swivel is bulky and never swivels freely, everything is large like a cheap soviet copy, the plastic is cheap and the manufcature isn't precise. Hose gets tangled and it's just a heavy piece of shit. Avoid at all cost. Nobody can tell you it's of equivalent quality to Miele that isn't lying or a (profanity) moron.
Hoover trying to take on Miele?
Folks ain't gonna pay $800 for a Hoover no matter how good.
