Saw it really is $650+ on other sites so it seems like a good deal. Not sure how much stock there is

I bought a giant / egg / Aldi kamado, still in the box ….. I'de love this smoker if it's thick steel unlike the bunnings ones, but C&C kills the deal for me.
Aldi did a Kamado style?
Have to keep an eye out for next years.
A Weber makes a decent smoker if you have the time to learn how to do it. A Weber smokey mountain is even better.
I'll probably get a gravity fed smoker at some point. Seems like they'd be very easy to use.

I smoke everything on my Weber kettle. The snake method works well for a brisket.
Buying a small cold smoker tomorrow as well
I still have the similar Hark Tri-Fire. Very well made (thick steel) and super versatile once you get the hang of using this type.
I cant be the only one who see the thumbnail and can imagine those old school wheels making a squeak squeak sound when being moved 😋
Do my weekly meat shop from Meat Emporium. So tempted to grab this, buuuuut. Already have 2 Webbers, 1 Heston, another Hibachi. Do I need a smoker when the Weber can do the job?
Also, they've bought the next door (Notara's Fish Market). They'll be having a lot more product including their own stock and more dry age.
