no. you can't even use a disc drive from another ps5 and bodge it. it doesn't have the connectors and the USB won't accept one.

@Azro: Warranty would be an issue also some won't work here due to voltage, not all ps5 from us support 220-240v.from what I read.

Meh, hasn't been much going on game release-wise to warrant chasing after this console, especially not at these prices after 2 years. A lot of people I know who actually own one are planning on selling them after they're done with the new god of war and moving to pc.
Yeah it kind of sucks. I bought the PS4 to play some exclusives like KH3 and FF7, but now they're also on PC, AND ps5 isn't even in stock to play the next gen exclusives.
I'm tempted to dump the PS system and just replay KH3 (stopped half way) and FF7 on PC. If only there was a way to transfer the save files over
