This is a great price for a really small and effective music streamer - the optical output is especially good.
It's got great reviews and the company is very consistent with releasing updates for the software.
Definitely something you want if you're at all into the 'audiophile space'.

Well, the Wiim mini features Airplay2 support, in addition to a bunch of other streaming services - the Belkin appears to feature airplay 2 support and that's about it?

Better is subjective - look at the features and how they will benefit you to make the right decision.
@BargainHunterJohnnyB: true. in my case, WiiM works out better - allows for Siri integration and direct spotfy play making it easier without needing an apple device on hand
Great little hires streamer, brought it 2months ago to pair with my marantz pm6007, using it faultless everyday
There's literally nothing bad about it (considering the price) - if fact some give it great praise, even compared to more expensive options, when using the optical out.
If i still didn't have my all my Chromecast audios I'd give this a try. Looks promising.

Nice. Been looking at this for a while and didn't think of posting it on here. It's definitely the best budget streamer. It even out performs streamers like the blue sound node in some ways. Don't use the 2 aux ports on it just use the toslink and set it to bit perfect mode.

Chromecast doesn't do gapless playback, replaced mine with a raspberry pi 4 running volumio (USB input).
Ps still kept the Chromecast Audio for convenience as well, plugged into the optical input on my DAC.
Great deal for a great little device. Bought mine about a month ago from Amazon.com for about 160aud. Doesn't miss a beat with Spotify connect or tidal connect etc or via airplay 2. This beats chromecast audio imo unless you are streaming YouTube music etc from Android device.
