Standard 1% cashback for CW gift cards.

    • 10%?

      • It means you get 1% back + 10% bonus = 11% cashback total.

  • +5

Can we use this gift card to purchase online and still get cashback? Thanks

    • Don't think you can… but gyb should confirm this

      • waiting for the confirmation from the admin

    • +2

I've seen several users confirm this stacking to work.
I would say yes, if any issues just reach out to me :)

    Starts at 8am

Is there any other sites to get discounted CW GC? First fime I have seen CW GC. Unfortunately, we have to go here a lot so nice to have a little discount.

    • +3

It has been on Prezzee for a while, accessible via Super Swap.

    • +4

are you stuck using CW? I get discounted Priceline GC with a higher cashback than CW, and Priceline pricematch CW…not sure if you have Priceline Pharmacy close to you though.

      • Thanks for that. Yea chemist warehouse is closer, but will look at Priceline if I can get free shipping

  • -2

compare prices with competitors as chemist warehouse have jacked their pricing on a lot of product groups
very poor customer service as of late too….their trustview rating is only 1.5 out of 5

    • -5

lol….downvoted by the chemist warehouse fanclub!

      • +3

Yeah, I go to chemist warehouse about once a fortnight and haven't noticed a change at all in customer service. Still very friendly.
Regarding the price jack, eh. Again it's small if at all on the items I buy and as always wait for half price sales.

        • +7

Yep. Every product and service has gone up in price. CW product turnover is much higher than other stores, so they'd be a good indication that supplier may have increased the RRP on new stock.
They honoured two ~$50 moisturiser creams for $10 each, along with the free baby bundle box = very good deal.

          Whingers be whinging. Lol

  • Can we use SB balance and still get the bonus

    • +1

      Yes that's fine!

    • +4

But why would you? Might as well cash it out and use credit card for points

  • Can these be used on prescriptions? I couldnā€™t see anything in the terms and conditions.

  • On your marks, get set…

  • Thank you!= D

  • Bought one at 8:01am Sunday.
Time to go back to my bed. :)

  • Thank You! Got both cashback & bonus tracked instantly.

  • +1

Can you use these gift cards to pay for something else at CW and still get 1% cashback?

  • +3

I'm assuming that using one of these gift cards to purchase anything from Chemist Warehouse through Shopback would nullify cashback?

    • It does not hurt to try, though.

      • yes, I just did…it's only $0.30 I miss out on, even if I do, so….

  • +2

Thanks GYB - represents an 11% discount overall.

Added to the BCMT for tracking purposes.

  • Thank you OP.

  • Thanks GYB, got my tracking :)

  • Thanks GYB got one and tracked already

  • If you buy the $20 GC and purchase something from CW for less than $20, does the remaining credit remain on your account? Like it does with Amazon?

    • +1

Doubt it, probably like most other gift cards and it stays on the card as x balance and you just plug in the details again.

Can't see were you can load the GC to onto your account.

    • +3

Nah, the balance remains on your gift card.

  • +1

Thanks GYB, bought a $20 and tracked immediately!

    • +2

I get negged for saying thanks
      Wow :(

  • Do we have to start the challenge before buying the gift card? I bought it without starting challenge.

    • Yes. If you want to try again better do it quickly only about 400 spots left and climbing fast

  • +1

Gotyourback, I purchased it now however when I click on ā€œsee voucherā€ itā€™s blank??? Anyone get this?

    • Me too
      Edit: can see it now

      • Same issue but I tried
sharing it through whatsapp from the forward link on the page, the shared link opens the voucher in a browser, which you can use.

        • Thanks I shared with whats app and it worked I can see it

    • yes you are right - mine is also blankā€¦
      šŸ¤”

      Edit:
ahh I know the way around- after we click the ā€œView Purchaseā€, donā€™t click on the ā€œSee Voucherā€ button - just click anywhere on the Chemist Warehouse voucher it will open the page where there is a ā€œsmallā€ print of ā€œ Redemption Idā€

  • No more challenge spots left

  • Cant see any challenges left. šŸ˜•

  • Whatā€™s the expiry date on the CWH gift cards?

  • +2

Difference between CR and SB promos: In CR, you need to 'Claim' an offer to reserve your spot and then purchase a gift card at anytime within a given timeframe (before the promo expires). In case of SB, you need to click on 'Start' and then buy the gift card. Mere 'Starting' doesn't reserve your spot though since there's no limit on how many people can 'Start' - all that matters is who all end up buying first i.e. before all spots are taken. Hence, no reservation of a spot possible in SB. Is my understanding right?

I find CR process more reliable since you know that you got the offer as soon as you claim it. While in SB, the spots can actually run out between your 'starting' and then 'thinking to buy' or 'buying in process'. So, you may end up purchasing a gift card without qualifying for the promo.

Would people have bought it immediately if there wasn't some urgency to get $2? A lot of people here would also probably wait until the last minute to see if theres a stacking offer so they can get $3 bonus instead of $2 and then end up forgetting. SB method at least makes sure the full allocation is used up instead of some sitting on the potty and doing nothing.

      • Fair point.. SB method is better from the business (SB/ Chemist Warehouse) perspective since the outcome is complete and fast. CR is good from the users perspective since it gives you some more time to think, decide and purchase.

        • CR default purchase value was $130 in the last deal that may have misled people to buy the bigger denomination rather than $30, whereas SB is honestly set on $20 as the default here. Customers have to be smart by the end of the day.

    • +2

I much prefer the way CR does it and have been cought out on this by SB in the past.

      • SB way is more aligned to OzB spirit. Buy now think later

    • Hey mate, just to jump in and say that we have some challenges that are limited via "Opt-In's", so only a certain amount of folks can opt in, but those that are opted in are guaranteed a spot if they fulfill the challenge requirement. Some others are limited via "Redemptions", like this one.

Appreciate the feedback though, I'll pass it on to the team.

  • Is Super Swap GC still swappable to Chemist Warehouse GC? The description lists Chemist Warehouse as one of the retailers, but not under ā€œAvailable Retailersā€.

    • Hey mate! Yeah they're still available on Super Swap, we're getting that list of Available Retailers fixed up. Thanks for flagging!

  • Canā€™t see or open the gift card at all?

  • Does anyone know where to check transaction history for CW gift card? My card only had 67c left today after only using it once for $14, so want to know where the rest was used at.

I've emailed CW support so far but checking if anyone here knew the answer.

  • +2

This deal is running again, if you check in challenges :)
