    Did you go the link (gaming.amazon.com) in @dealbots post, select Games and then claim "Football Manager 2022"? That should then pop up a screen asking you to link your Epic Games account. If you didn't see it, are you logged into Prime Gaming? (same password as Amazon). Did the screen pop up behind another page? If in doubt, contact Amazon support. They are pretty helpful.

  Had to sign out of my Prime Gaming account and then click on the Shadow of Mordor game on the main page, then sign in again following the prompts. Weird.
