SanDisk Extreme microSDXC UHS-I Card, 128GB, with A2 Performance SDSQXA1-128G-GN6MA

Not exactly all time low but pretty good considering the rising pricing prices for just about everything.

SanDisk 128GB Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card with Adapter - $22

Sandisk High Endurance microSDXC Card, SQQNR 128G with Adaptor - $24.60

Samsung 128GB EVO Plus Micro SD Memory Card/w Adapter - $22.39

I had purchased the Surface Pro 7+ from JB Hi-fi which came with 128GB storage that I am finding a little limiting for my day to day use case. Was looking for a cheap way to increase storage without breaking the bank or the computer and stumbled across this SD card on Amazon (I doubt my computer/tablet has expandable SSD storage anyway)

It's often at this price (spikes once in a while). Can never miss it

  • I'm guessing Extreme microSDXC suited for extreme environments as example dashcams in heat of a car during summer time

  • Is this good for the switch?
Does the 160MB/S make a difference compared to the ones that are usually 100MB/S?

Asking because if the switch doesn’t read faster then 100MB/S there’s no point.

    • Normally you don’t get that 160MB/s with a normal reader. It will only be 160MB/s when you use specific Sandisk readers. You can see this information on the DataSheet: https://documents.westerndigital.com/content/dam/doc-library…

      • That’s helpful thanks. I think I have the reader for my extreme pro cards I use with my A7IV.

In other words just get the standard “switch” card that’s cheaper

  • perfect. need one for the drone
