    $699 3060ti is not a good “to hodl or not hodl” because that low end model has been around that price for 2 months, giving it another month

        By low end model I mean specifically the msi ventus, given how the Asus KO is currently still at this price it’s not worthwhile given that is a much better card

    Have had a pair of these for a few years on ryzen and now Intel
    No heatspreader but have had zero issues

      Heatspreaders haven't been necessary since DDR2. It's just marketing at this point

    Dont forget to enable XMP in BIOS, or you'll be wondering why it wont run at 3200mhz.

    Yeh its interesting how these dont have Heat spreaders, coz almost all other 3200mhz sticks have them.
    Do these things even get hot enough to need them ?
