  • "With a hopper capable of holding up to 220ml of juice…"
Think that's about half the size of a normal juicer and I would expect most people to drink more than that so would have to refill the hopper and maybe have to empty the pulp container before making more

    • This is the compact version of the h300e, which is way more expensive.
Think the h310a is good if you're just making 1 or 2 glass so not for large family.
The pulp and juice comes out from the sides. I imagine can just keep the juice flowing to a glass to negate the smaller capacity issue.

      • 220ml isn't even 1 glass. It kinda defeats the purpose of these self feed types of machines as you'd have to come back to fill up the hopper again just to make 1 glass.

        • Yea that's right, I'm happy to refill the hopper, but at least I don't have to constantly feed in the ingredients like some other models.
Guess I'll find out when mine arrives next week :)

  • +3

I bought the Xiaomi slow juicer after someone on Ozb recommended it. Really very impressed with the build quality and for 12% of the price of this…

    • Where did you get it? Keen to get one. Thanks

  • $500 for a juicer ! wow !

Im sure its great quality and portable but still !

  • I have the H200 for a year now and it has been amazing ! Really easy to clean up after use and the large inlet is super handy.

    • The main attraction for me is the ease of use.
Only 3 pieces, extremely easy to assemble/disassemble/clean without sacrificing juicing performance makes it a winner for me.
I was looking at kuvings as well but the mesh seems like a pain to clean.

      • +1

Can confirm - the mesh is a big pain to clean.

        • The mesh might be harder to clean but it works better. You get less pulp in juice and you get more juice out of produce so you save money on produce. The discount juicers YouTube pages does good comparison and has compared the these types of hurom screens with traditional mesh screens. Hurom even use the mesh screen in their higher end models.

          • @8azinga: Did U mean the Hurom h320n which uses mesh? I think that's basically a rebranded Nama j2, since Hurom also manufactured the j2.

            Review not that great though:

For me personally I much prefer the ease of washing up. If it's too much of a hassle, I will probably end up not using it at all. This will be my first cold pressed juicer though so I don't have much to make a comparison.

            • @chew_chew: Have a look at other reviews for the nama J2 apart from that channel.
Yes, I'm aware they manufacture Nama and Hurom. I suspect hurom decided to manufacture it for themselves as well due to thr nama J2 reviewing well and being very popular.
