Amazon has various warehouses across Australia that these items can come from.

@RichardL: Thank for that - most of deliveries are by Amazon's own couriers so they are called Amazon Flex drivers
@chrisie: Usually if you live close to an Amazon Warehouse, they will use their Flex Drivers (unless they are short staffed and/or item is coming from another warehouse)

Nah, I live in western sydney, close to all 2-3 Amazon dispatch warehouses

I'm not sure but sometimes when one of my warehouse order is cancelled, all the warehouse orders are cancelled (not just grocery but other categories)
Mostly I get lucky and only one or 2 items are cancelled and the rest ships

apologies for the late response just opened up mine today. They are decent same as coles cashews. bit salty but you can tap off the salt by putting it in a sieve.

I get most of my grocery items from Costco. Stuff with shorter shelf life I just get from the local supermarket(s), doing my best to get it from whichever is the cheapest at the time.
Cashews are my go to here (Up .50c from the other day) some Cocobella Coconut Water very little else at this stage.
@chrisie: Nothing against it. Just don't feel like it's worth the effort. After all the reports of cancellations, I'm even less inclined to try my luck. More chance for those who really want it though : )
@ozbs25: Had a few cancellations but not many overall. Some of the cancellations were on impulse buys so work out well in the end.

An order for my Werthers Eclairs was cancelled, and was an impulse buy that I didn't really need so didn't bother me. I messaged CS and they issued me with a $10 credit (6.667 times more than my order value lol). I have never failed to get a credit issued for a cancelled order, so figured I'd share screenshots in case I'm doing something different to you! All the best getting some cash from Big Boy Bezos!! Ignore the account name, it's the misses haha
Step 1: Go into the Customer Service tab of the app, then press something else, and then press other issues. Then you'll be connected with an agent.
Step 2: Ask the agent how they're going (always helps to pop them in a good mood), and then enquire why your order was cancelled. They'll say it was due to unavailability of the product and just reply "oh that's frustrating/disappointing/annoying. Is there any way that a credit could be issued for the inconvenience?". They will generally reply and say that a $5 credit has been issued, but this time I got a $10 credit, so is definitely up to their discretion. If you don't get a credit issued, then try again with a different agent! See below for my chat, took in total about 30 seconds of my time and just revisited the app every couple of minutes while I waited for their response.This is how I've always done it and I've had 100% success rate. Let me know how you go!

Lol got these coffee caspules only to find out now that pods are way too big to fit the LOR coffee capsules
Yeah those pods are only for dolce gusto machines. They also use 2 pods to make 1 drink (1 pod is milk powder, 1 pod is chocolate powder).
You will need pods that say nespresso machine compatible for your l'or machine (avoid those caffitaly pods also, only for caffitaly machines).

Keep an eye out, mine came with a loose lid and the foil was unsealed (half open). They will be quite discoloured, due to being exposed to air for so long. Straight in the bin and got a refund on chat.
That's a bummer. My little brother opened ours so I don't know what it looked like, but I saw it was fully sealed with plastic around the whole tin
