    This is $2.99 for 20 x 26g of carbs.

    How much would 520g of carbs from coke cost? A lot more.

    This will be gentler on the stomach than a can of coke.

    This will be better for your teeth than a can of coke.

    If I am going for a medium-hard 3 hour run, I would probably have 4 or 5 of these.. i cnt inagine choosing to pack 4 cans of coke instead… then consume 1.5litres of coke on my run - let alone carry them, shake them up from running, etc. It may also interfere with my caffeine intake plans. One can / cup during an ultra marathon… sure…. four cans for a long run? Hell no.

    Normal price for this is about $46, so $3 is an absolute bargain and i would have purchased like 10 of them if i had seen it in time.
