Monitor Arrived at Brisbane Airport Last Sunday, went through customs during the week and was Delivered to DHL in Eagle Farm Yesterday. I assume I would Expect Delivery next week as I am in Brisbane.
I still haven't received my webcam yet. When I put my order number into ovp the Expeditors link doesn't work. I haven't gotten any notification from DHL either.
Anyone in the same boat as me?
Yep. My order shows up but when I click on the expeditors tracking number it pops up "The search returned no results"

@HairyChickens: Forget about the expeditors tracking never works, have to wait until they arrived Australia.
Head to your invoice if you got one and you can see what shipping container and the container owner and which route.

It not in DHL hands yet… no one gets port logistics data normally. It normally get ping at AU customers when it entered the country.
I ordered a cheap wired mouse which was delivered via DHL already but still waiting on a 510 webcam which the tracking doesn't work yet (expeditors). Not too worried as I assume they're all on a big shipment in transit at the moment as people have mentioned.

A colleague received their keyboard but was CC'd in the email and is receiving spam from people offering to buy their Lenvo points lol.

Not everyone who didn't buy anything is "salty". I did have my doubts though about them honoring this which to my surprise were wrong.
I simply did not find anything I would actually buy, and the one thing I had considered in the past the "Lenovo Go Split keyboard" was basically full price after the points discount because it had been price jacked by almost double.
After that I had trouble searching for stuff I would buy, I kept looking at junky cheap stuff like bags/cases and also did not know all products they had in stock, such as headphones if I knew they sold those I would have searched for them.
Just trying to say not everyone here is just hungry for "free stuff" regardless of what it is. I think a bargain is actually when you find something decent at a super low price and I had trouble finding something decent with an awesome discount.
I didn't claim any points either by the way, I needed to find something to use them on first.
I got the Lenovo Go split keyboard for free with this promo, the 'storm grey' colour was marked down to $105 and honestly it's nicer to use than my ms sculpt split kb. Keypresses feel exactly like an apple kb. I'm still waiting on the Lenovo Go vertical mouse, I got a notification yesterday that it had shipped. If it's as good as the keyboard I'll be very happy indeed. I had $30 worth of points left over (before they were cancelled) and I'm kicking myself for not getting a webcam too, instead I bought a Lenovo one from officeworks and it's really good also.

I searched for it, found it and yes the price was close at $117, but once I clicked to the product page, the price on the page was $220.

Anyway those were the first few things I looked at, and thought there was something fishy going on so I started doing something else. Then came back later and couldn't find anything worthwhile.
I would double check you weren't charged any extra on your invoices.

The invoices both state that it was all paid with points, I definitely haven't been charged. The weird thing is that I seem to have $30 of credit still left in my account, even though I got a "points removed - system error" email.

Hmm weird. I had been looking at the keyboard to drop in price for awhile, and always only found 1 colour option which was Storm Grey. And that was what I was looking at during the deal and the price was $220.
I searched for it in the search box and at the time it was the only listing/option.
I think this is what happened, the system was slow to update some of the listings to higher prices and you just happened to search for the keyboard when the new price was being added, and the old price being removed. I think you managed to purchase with points while the old price was $117, as the search result showed instead of the $200 price on the product page after clicking the link. I definitely only saw 1 option, and I have never seen any other "colour" option being available.

The $30 credit is not visible anywhere now though. Must've been a caching issue.
@cobberboy: Yeah well that settles it. For normal consumers like me there was only the $220 priced option, which made the keyboard equal to full price after the $100 points discount. I didn't even claim the points because I couldn't find anything else. Anyway thanks for providing the info.
