      You should be okay if you didn’t receive any of the cancellation emails. The items in my order said the same thing - 1 was estimated shipping on 2 Aug and the other 4 Aug.
      They only just changed to shipped this morning and the invoice is now available.

      Haven’t received a tracking number yet through.

    Bought Lenovo 510 webcam. Order shipped, courier is Expeditors. Tracking link provided by bot doesn't work (although it mentioned delivery date in a fortnight)

    Says delivered an hour ago, Courier is Expeditors, however I have not received anything yet. Nothing in my mailbox, nothing is the apartment lobby and no one rang my apartment bell…

    I see what's going on now. After going through the Lenovo Order Visibility Portal and click on the Expeditors tracking link, I was able to get the proof of delivery document. With the delivery address I was able to find where it delivered into: DHL warehouse
    Seems like Expeditors is delivering the cargo load into the local DHL warehouse and DHL will delivery the actual parcel to my address.

    Ordered a H500 Headset and got an invoice 2 days ago but still haven't gotten the shipping email although when I go into the lenovo account the status shows at "shipped" but I have no tracking? Has anyone else had this issue?

        I got this today when I contacted support. Waiting on a call back to discuss an alternative model. Did they call you and what did they offer? Just trying to get prepared. I don't want to pay extra, and will accept another model only if it's equal or better specficiation of what I ordered. If they attempt to upsell, I'd rather wait out the original order.

          Received mine today too. It's pretty good for $4 😀 Seriously though, this is my first gaming headset so heres my thought after using them for 30 mins.

          • played borderlands 3, virtual 7.1 was surprisingly good through the provided DAC. Switching between stereo and surround made the stereo mode seem weak when gaming.
          • playing music from youtube music with high quality mode was ok, but when I hooked it up to my Fosi Audio Q4 DAC it sounded richer. Guess the supplied DAC has limitations, not surprising given its size.
          • Compared to my Audio Technica A500 and Allesandro MS-1 headphones, the H500 is not as good for music. Still sounds fine though.
          • the cord from the headset is kinda short, you would need a 3.5mm extension cable if you want to use it without the supplied DAC.
          • I like how the microphone is adjustable.

          Overall i think it's a good all round headphone if you are looking for something to game with.

        people that contacted support have said that they're in production atm and should be ready some time in september. if you go onto the site and check there it says that it will take up to 4 weeks to receive.

        i'm still waiting for mine too, hopefully they don't make a reason to cancel after all this time.

    Missed delivery by DHL I'm guessing it's Lenovo except the tracking provided still shows it hasn't left Brisbane airport.. probably the worst ordering and notification system.. Lenovo shows delivered and tracking doesn't work. 🤦

          It a delay sync system on DHL front. Drivers are outsources so their logs are bottle-necked. Took 15 hours after my missed delivery to update at local post office it updated on the weekend.

      It on a boat. When it gets pass custom it will head to DHL you will get a message and the DHL tracking will say:

      Shipment picked up

      When it's in the hand of a driver:

      Forwarded to a third party agent

      P.S. Hong Kong is having severe weather warnings right now as well.

      Head to your invoice if you got one and you can see what shipping container and the container owner and which route.
