  Hey OzBargain team. Decided to get one of these after all the positive comments. When I plug in the jumper cable into the device, it makes a constant alarm whine noise and the red light is the only one that stays on. It is not connected to the car. The instructions show/state it should flash red and green alternating. Are you guys having a similar experience? Thanks for the help.
