Good on him for trying but there are millions of photographers like this on Insta. His work appears to be quite mediocre/rudimentary IMO but art is in the eye of the beholder so if someone is willing to pay for it then its worth it spose.
Have a look at Enrico Fossati and Ted Gores work if you really want to be wowed. IMO some of the best in the world.
I have similar photos, and often sell for $20-$50 to friends. Normally just to pay for my fuel to go around and take photos they like. Sure, not as good, but $450 for a photo. C'mon.
