  Anyone who has not recieved a gift card via sms , call this number. I think they are having issues with sms portal as he sent my second one via sms while i was on the phone and i didnt get it.

  I signed up for electricity and gas last night and got the GG in the midday. Interesting to know that my electricity is embedded so I could not transfer to other retailers but they still give me $200 GG.

  There is a 10 day cooling off period where I can cancel the transfer. What happens if I have already spent the $200? Do I have to pay it back?

    Yeah, this morning, I ended up messaging them through imessage app (iOS).. AGL sorted everything for me after confirming all the details and sent me the store credits after a few hours.

  Seems they've removed the $75 credit now (at least on the landing page). So it's ONLY the Good Guys voucher.

  The $75 credit still showing on the 2nd page after the landing page. So hopefully it's still valid, but most likely they just did a bad job in removing it.

  I just recieved my first bill with no $75 credit applied. Spoke to online chat support who directed me to the call center. 24min on call and the result was the terms are $100 GG voucher instead of the $75 account credit. I was offered to have it escalated further or receive an instant discretionary $50 credit applied. Given my first bill is $54 I've taken the credit and evaluating options

    I got the vouchers and my credit of $75.01 on the first bill. Waiting for the other $75 for the other and look for another good deal. I think I signed up after this deal was marked as expired too. Thanks.
