My Deal has been my worst online shopping experience in terms of product quality, delivery time and non-existent customer service.
I wish I had read the > 2000+ 1-star reviews on Product review (https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/mydeal-com-au?rati…), which can't be bought unlike the 5* star reviews which are available to buy for any online business.
Dealing with mydeal was okay. I had few purchases with them.
I generally buy electronics from mydeal otherwise my GOTO store is Amazon. Misusing personal information is not tolerable.
