I've stayed here before. It's very nice but a bit of a stroll from the CBD CBD. Rating is accurate
Not greatly a bargain though. I stayed there once and paid $110 a night. Not a huge difference but nice to pay less :)
There are two date ranges on their site. In one place is says it's until the 27th September, and at the bottom of the deal page is says it's until 31 Dec 2012. I played with some dates and the "hot deal" does come up past september.
But, it's "from" $99. All of the dates I searched for are more then $99.
