I use this mouse daily now, battery lasts ages in performance mode (months and months). I came from a Razer Deathadder so the grip actually hurt my pinky after some time holding the mouse at first, as the ergonomics are different. I can now hold it fine with no issues, but it was annoying.
It has a performance mode? Here I am using it in normal mode like a chump
I think mine defaulted to performance mode but I would use it anyway as the battery life is still hella long. Use the GHUB software to check what mode is enabled. Performance mode is the 1000Hz polling, and endurance mode polls at 125Hz like normal wireless mice but the battery will last longer :)
price matching officeworks
No, they mean Amazon is matching OW's price.
Officeworks also reduced the color variants to $46, I managed to grab a blue one which is what I wanted for $46.
Best mouse for the price, a little on the smaller side though
I like the Razer Basilisk X $45
Razer for bigger hands and logitech for smaller hands should be the best way to put it
for these two deals definitely. I bought a Basilisk X for when I go to the and it's amazing, literally a cheap wireless version of my Logitech G502!
Now, if anyone has any case recommendations that can carry my K2 and Basilisk X in the same container, i'm all ears…
Hmm you're probably right. I have big hands and have a Basilisk X. I love this mouse!
Weight distribution is a bit lopsided when using a AA battery but I used a AAA battery with aluminium foil to dodge this issue. Apart from that, incredible mouse!
Thanks op
Symmetrical shape is suitable for left handed users like myself. I have two of them (one for home and one for the monthly trip to the office). Just shut up and buy one!
G502 still going fine otherwise looks good
They are entirely different products
Nice. Wireless and smaller and not as good.
I use and prefer a MX vertical at work to be honest.
I gave my g502 away when I got the g305. Then bought a second g305 for my other PC. Everyone has preferences obviously, but that g502 is just so slow and heavy.
@scottySK: Sounds like a good choice , the size and ergonomics is the main thing to get right.
You can adjust the weights in the g502 as you'd know, I didn't bother adjusting since the first time. Most people just want wireless these days.@G-rig: Yeah I took all the weights out initially and it was fine, just not what I wanted when playing fps titles. Wireless is definitely the new trend
@scottySK: Yeah it is a bit heavy.
Will have to look into this one next time I'm in the market
Great mouse and price.
