As well as we are in war in Ukraine. At least Origin energy explained to me that price rises because we in war. And it's wasn't lol.
I'm tempted because of the price, but something tells me this will fall apart faster than AusPost can deliver it.
It's corded, so a PITA to begin with. If you're in the market for budget garden tools, get Ozito gear from Bunnings. It all has 3/5 year replacement warranty and is often on sale as a kit. I got something exactly like this - chainsaw, hedge trimmer & line trimmer + 3.5m extension pole + 2 batteries for $279.
I actually usually prefer corded, not having to faff around with charging and swapping etc.
I'm fortunate to have power outlets everywhere and don't mind the cords.
I have a bunch of cheap Ryobi and ozito gear which is excellent bang for buck considering my very intermittent and short use.
