  '+' for the Daiwa Overthere at $199, not seen it below $249. If I was after another lure rod for the surf I'd grab the 109MH or 110H, my tailor & salmon lures are in the 30-60g range. Team it with a higher speed reel (>6.4:1 ratio), decent 15 or 20lb 8-strand braid. It'll catch a lot of fish.
