Picked one up last night on backorder as I'm lazy and not in a rush, seems like a decent deal for a speedy Gen3 NVMe drive. 3500/2600MBps, not quite as fast as the 1TB but not a huge difference. The 1TB is currently same $/GB, but not on special: https://www.centrecom.com.au/gigabyte-m30-1tb-m2-nvme-ssd

Comes with DRAM, not sure what controller it uses. Basically a fast drive at the price you'd normally see 500GB drives in the 2000/1700MBps range.
