Why do you need wifi
I use a big plasma for gaming, I sit around 4 or 5 metres from my screen and the attached desktop…. its an odd setup but the room layout kinda forces it.
WiFi specifically refers to wireless internet. I assuming you mean either wireless (think 2.4Ghz) or Bluetooth.

I am in the same boat. The only warranty process I can find requires a serial number that they don't put on headphones. Good luck contacting someone in person about this. By contrast the Sennheiser headphones, I emailed them photos of the charging light not coming on and they sent me a new set.
