      I live chatted with eBay about the July coupon & they were unhelpful… Saying it "should" arrive next week.

      I chatted with ebay support and they said that the voucher can be issued at any time in the month… So you can have one issued on 1 June and the next 15 July etc. Pretty annoying when you've got something to buy.

      When did you sign up to ebay plus? From experience you get the voucher each month from when you sign up, not on the 1st of the month.

      Thought I'd try my luck and ask ebay livechat this question again today. I got the same BS response. Should be coming soon, etc. They were unable to explain when the voucher gets generated nor could they explain why vouchers simply didn't arrive some months.

      I really despise them, especially now that sellers have to wait ages for money to land in their accounts, unlike the instant Paypal service.
