No, they may charge a surcharge as long as the surcharge does not exceed the cost they incur to process the payment. Typical surcharge is 0.5-2%

Yeah no one actually asked or cared..
$10 below Australian MSRP, still got a while to go for an actual decent discount. But good to see NVIDIA cards are finally getting below MSRP.
nvidia reset their msrp with the TI refresh too.
