Based on the comments, it's expected from Samsung Australia service. I'm still waiting for my Stick Vac from 3 months ago.

I highly doubt eBay is going to allow listings to have a blue tick saying "Direct from Samsung" if its not the real Samsung. As per comment above from huey, I think it must be that Samsung's customer service is not the greatest, whether on eBay or on their own website/portals so people probably think its a fake account.
Negging this post based on the negative feedback on that eBay store. Doesn't look like the legit Samsung eBay page. Sorry OP.
Yeah reviews definitely indicate this is a bogus seller, not the legit samsung?
