Looks like inflation or change in company strategy? Did a bulk one time purchase in 2021 for $115.50 and it is now $149.00 for the same one time purchase.
There is an option for a first repeat delivery promotion price of $119.20 and the reoccurring after that is $134.10.

I've done this before with previous upsized cashbacks. They were all approved.
My dogs are on prescription diet these big cash backs these guys do help a lot with the cost. Just do a repeat delivery then cancel the repeat delivery once you receive the order.
forgot to order so just did it now few minutes after 10pm still said 30% back but unsure if it will actually go through as 30%
