Quartz
That's the type of movement
Yes
Cheap stuff just a standard quartz watch don't impulse buy
Yeah, it's just another fashion watch. Looks good but I ended cancelling and went with a bolder contrasting design instead.
All watches are fashion watches, a $100 mobile phone holds better time than $50k Rolex.
Miyota 2350 is the movement
+/- 20 seconds a month
Not too bad, then. Not exactly an amazing movement, but decent for the price.
Yeah Bulova ain't bad
Not sure where the criticisms have come from they are a good brand
Wow this looks good. Reminds me of the Tudor royal
Clean
Gone done OZB
Sold out. Would have bought this
Same here. Would have bought it..
Hi, WatchNerd.
Random watch question.
Is there a place in Sydney where I could take a look in person on good range of Luminox watches?
Question, what's the appeal behind luminox? There might be better brands at the same if not better price
I like their tritium constant glow effect. There are not so many companies that use tritium tubes. And I like what they look like.
Damn it

So it was you!
it was meee
Boooo but it still says 1 available. Do you try to torture us with delaying your payment?
@Thrifty Dan: No, I paid for it immediately lol
This has Rolex Day Date vibes and I love it. Wish there was more in stock. Would have def bought
Plenty more bulova @ starbuy. The milships is beautiful

Would love the milship , but $$$
https://starbuy.com.au/bulova-mil-ships-mens-watch-98a266/
It looks quite nice! Sizing seems large though esp the lugs. Look very long and won't be suitable for smaller wrist sizes.
Bulova always seem a bit large. I wish they would make the luna pilot in a smaller size
I've tried to convince myself I can wear that one. But I know I can't lol if they ever sized it down to a 47mm lug to lug it's a buy for me!
Damn you kogi, got me eyeing off the Citizen Automatic NH8390-20L @$219 at Starbuy. Always had good service and stellar sale prices from them.
Looks very similar to the Bulova posted above, but with automatic movement (which I prefer).
I definitely don't need another watch, but the Paypal pay in 4 is a little too enabling - allows me to hide the real damage from my better half for a little while until cottoning on after the subsequent payments :-).
The fugu ain't bad either
IKR, better colorway and cheaper price than the last deal.
Here are my picks in this sale
citizen nighthawk

seko 5 srpg39k

Seiko turtle, japan made

ps. Not associated with starbuy. :P
Post a photo if you do get it. I rekon the blue would look a lot better in real life than the press shots
Absolutely pops in this video (Vietnamese only I think):

This video has also got me thinking the NH8393-05A (also at $219) is worth a look. Have a few in my collection that are gold, so definitely think I can pull it off.

Might need a visit to a bricks & mortar to look at them in the flesh.
But then this video has got me wondering if the green dial (NH8390-30X) is available at the same price in Australia.

Got me going down a rabbit hole I wasn't expecting to when I first woke this morning :-).
Also tempted, but I can't quite get over the day placement just under 12. I saw the watch in the metal and it doesn't work for me, although the dial is a beautiful blue. But, as ever with these things, you do you.
Hmm, maybe I'm missing it but I can't see any information on what movement this is using
