Feels like yesterday it was Christmas 2021, it’s already June!

This is great — if and when they go bust you will lose all your money!

100% under the guise of being helpful, this is surely just a cash flow initiative for Myers group. Save your money and put it on Coles Group and Myer giftcards. Least they will hold value if Myers goes belly up.

Totally agree. This is what happens when the accountants talk to the marketers.

No way am I giving them a loan!

    • Yep — the high rate of return suggests high risk.

Yep. And Myer Pty Ltd don’t hold an AFSL (they gave it up in 2013!), so the govt won’t reimburse you up to value $250k.

  • They say save but I'm thinking this deal is the other S word.

the whole "we'll give you back your savings as store credit" is such a scam….you're not "saving" anything by having to spend to make use of store credit.
