They don't have payID to my knowledge, so regular transfer only.
@Ash-Say: Not sure process for what? If your account doesn’t let you use payid, contact their customer service. Mine just let me without doing any extra steps on the app.

"Thank you for your email.
Per the Reward Saver bonus promotion terms and conditions, the bonus payment will be made to all eligible accounts within 15 business days of the promotional period end date.
As the promotion ended on the 31st of July 2022, the funds aren’t due to be paid until the 22nd of August 2022."
