@munty: Tracking won’t take longer than a few hours, so yes that’s best as submitting a claim won’t always have a successful outcome as Nord may determine attribution outside of Cashrewards. I can only assume you didn’t use the CR app for purchase? If you used a desktop, do you have things like Honey, AdBlock, uBlock etc installed, or did you use Brave browser?
@tightarse: Yes I have used Safari on mac but no adblock.
@munty: Please check Safari and/or MacOS settings. I know cross-site tracking prevention is an issue.
@tightarse: I messaged Nord just now they said transaction did track, they have given me the transaction ID to claim the cash back. What do I do from there?
@munty: Yes, but tracked to which publisher? Did they specifically say that Cashrewards will be honoured the transaction? If it did track, it would be in your Cashrewards account. Please PM me your CR email address and a screenshot of your chat so I can chase up with my contact. Thanks.
