considering this is useful for travelling i suppose the shorter one would be easier to carry?
I have one mounted underneath my desk that gets a workout.
USBs facing up charge some devices like my wireless headset.
Power outlet gets used for the vacuum a lot.
I find them really useful in the garage. I hang them from the roof.

I agree. It's a bit of an extension cord to get to those hard to reach wall sockets, and can easily stick it on to an international adapter if overseas. Plus 2 USB ports to slow charge devices overnight.
Exactly what I bought one for the other day.
I find the USB transformer has a noticeable high pitched whine. Not great for bedrooms. Mine is 5+ years old though
