    .I'm not quite sure what a lifter is? Some kind of dock / extension?

      Hi Merlict,

      A Lifter is a device that fits to your phone either under the handset, or for some phones via a cable at the back, that enables you to answer calls from up to 100metres away from your desk. Without a lifter you have to be at the phone to answer incoming calls. Hope this helps!

    Would love to replace my aging 510SL with this but can't really justify it…would be nice if the OP offer some sort of trade-in program and I don't even need a lifter.
