While Zinus appears to be a legit company offering warranty and customer support, be very wary. I purchased a bed off them at Xmas for my son which was delivered with a cracked wooden bed head. All the promises of replacing the bed head and then a refund because they could not provide the replacement part. Five months later and absolutely nothing. The bed was not cheap either…..
