anyone else having issues with Cheddar tracking their cashbacks/purchases?

Contacted support & in less than 24 hours, accurate amount reflected. So +1 for the deal from my side.
Contacted support 4 times, 19 days later I got my cash back manually approved. It Never actually showed up in the app until approved.
Overall can't recommend.
@Nalar: Yeah people have mixed experiences about their shopping with Cheddar App. I do mention that when I share their deal.
However, I’ve experienced for the 1st time & all my previous transactions were perfectly tracked including bonus.
Will try again as long as it tracks perfectly and quick support is available.
@mountains: I just tried to order thru pizza hut and browser crashed on pay pal and errored on google pay, just used CR instead.
@Nalar: Doesn’t make sense, why even tried in a first place for 7% Cashback from Cheddar when you can get 20% cashback from CB.
Honestly have a better chance of Sportsbet honouring a wild 8 leg 1:69,420 multi than CHEDDAR successfully tracking and paying out cashback it seems.
Yeah nah, terrible app that doesn't track anything.
Mine track but they don't tell you when it'll be available to cash out. Like at all.
And their support just say "it is up to the merchant". Makes it easy for them when they can just throw their arms up and say 'idk bro not my problem'.
Clearly they should know something, as the other cb providers are able to provide a timeframe.

Do they think I’m going to return food for a refund after I’ve already consumed it 2 months ago ?
Cheddar has been terrible.
I signed up to get the $50 new account bonus and after I made my purchase, the app keeps telling me to spend more to unlock it.
Absolute trash.
I have an open ticket with them from a week ago and I have received 0 replies.

I'm not touching cheddar again - they are useless. I can't believe a company would launch such a half assed poorly designed and supported product and it is even more surprising all these retailers agreed to sign up.
Yeah, won’t neg this, but mine doesn’t track either, no way to raise missing transaction than just an email, which is fine, but the email seems to go void.
Don’t seem to have the same issue with CashRewards & ShopBack.

I got two menulog transactions that showed up tracked today on cheddar.. which is GREAT! … except I didn’t make any transactions for menulog. Only got as far as entering the address then abandoned it.
It says "Cashback will not track or be offered if the Menulog app is used. Mobile site only."
How to get it to open in the mobile site? Uninstalled the Menulog app, now after clicking the button nothing happens, the window just disappears.On ios it opened menulog website within app …
