Are you sure it is once per card? My wife's Westpac credit card has the same number, expiry date and cvv as mine.
Yes, I always understood you can only use these offers once because the supp card has exactly the same number.

Wait nevermind, I see what you mean now. I'm going to guess that it's not eligible since the site is "Metcash Gift Cards", which is completely different to the online IGA shop.
