But he claimed that it was already dispatched to him on March 23. But it hasn't arrived. So this sounds like it has nothing to do with an out of stock at the moment since it was already shipped weeks ago when it was in stock. It's in the hands of the courier by the sounds of it but maybe it got lost in shipping.
Yep, marked as dispatched on the order page at Kogan. Ordered March 22, dispatched March 23. No tracking information supplied.
@dreamstation: There wouldn't be any tracking information if it was sent as unregistered postal mail. That sort of mail could easily get lost in the mail and you wouldn't know it.
The OP has replied via private message that a replacement item was shipped on Monday so seems like the original item has been lost in transit. The OP has apologised for the huge delay and offered to send something else for free which I have declined. Can't argue with that, hopefully the replacement item arrives next week. Thanks.
