    I use the hulled tahini for making hommus, and the unhulled version as a cheat's substitute for a variety of Japanese sauces/dressings (e.g. https://www.justonecookbook.com/how-to-make-sesame-sauce-gom…).

    If you're not into mediterranean or japanese cooking, there are still quite a few ways to use tahini.
