  I tried using a wireless USB adaptor for my torrent box but it would drop out constantly.

    Which brand/model do you have? We had to get one as our laptop's built in one was dropping out all the time. We tried a few other older adapters and they kept dropping out too or stuck out too much so we ended up getting the Asus Nano for $45. It has been really good. Didn't hesitate to buy a second/backup for $19.

    Depends on the brand you buy. Could just be easier to use a powerline adapter.
