Good luck getting your orders delivered. Every single time we've ordered through DoorDash, we've sat waiting for 2 hours or longer… watching one driver after another get assigned to the order before cancelling. Trying to get the order cancelled and money back then takes another 45-60 minutes.
That sucks for you and your address, luckily they're pretty much on time or 10-15 mins late over here
It's crazy because it's not like I'm in the middle of nowhere. I'm about 10 minutes outside of the CBD and live in a very highly populated and well-known suburb.

Has anyone else noticed over the past few weeks or so Doordash has removed the service fee discount when using dashpass?
Used to be between 50-90% discount on it while using dashpass, but now its not discounted at all which means 10% added to every order as a "service" fee.
Makes using delivery services that much more expensive considering all the food already has the 30% delivery app fee hidden in all the items.

Are you using the Afterpay 3 month promo? Apparently there's a "glitch" that people are not getting reduced service fee, you can contact chat and get the service fee reimbursed.
Oh!!!! This would make a whole lot of sense, as I'd say this came around the same time as the afterpay promo. Real question is will they go and reimburse from all my orders…..

Yep can confirm. Every time I made an order and got a 10% service fee I chatted with them and they refunded the whole thing, while I'm waiting for my order.
Last order was only 2% so seems fixed.
My service fee is also 10%. I asked them and the answer was "The fee is even higher than 10% without Dashpash". Check it and no, both are 10% with or without Dashpash. Don't know if they are lying or just pure ignorance.

Fingers crossed. From personal experience they have been very good with honouring cashback the one time I had difficulties. Otherwise every other time it has tracked for me
I have bought and accumulate almost $600 doordash credit from the last 2 discounts 20% and 18%, including this one I might hit $1000.
People need to stop buying the 18% off, so we can stick to only having the 20% off as deals.
Honestly I've started to stop using Ubereats, Doordash, Menulog etc. It might just be the restaurants near me, but the ones i've been dealing with are putting enormous markups on their food, and then you pay service fee, and then you pay delivery fee.
I had indian food the other night and it was going to be $7 per curry more expensive. So after a meal for my wife and I, then throw on $5 delivery, $5 service fee or whatever they charge, and suddenly you're paying for a whole other dish
I totally get the need to recoup their losses to these services, but yeesh, that is STEEP!
I think pickup will give you best value… Delivery and service fee are ridiculous!

Until SB tracks my $150 plus order with BWS it was a 40% off deal few days ago I (and others if you check comments on that last deal regarding tracking))are wary of buying things when the promised rebates are in dispute. SB has no chat or phone and says wait till AUGUST to verify. Doubt vendor will accept returns then. BWS indicated they will call. Some companies may be wary of SB if it gives them a bad name. In future keep SB deals updated on their resolution.

I bought DoorDash gift card last Tuesday and got the credit this Tuesday. So hopefully we will get the credit in 7 days' time.
I received $0 Shopback tracking instead of $1 for first time with DoorDash today. Not sure if this term is new, but I guess makes sense: "Purchases with the use of DoorDash Credits are ineligible for Cashback". Anyone else notice the same?
