I received an email from Emrald Labs with a discount for 15% off Creatine Monohydrate for 24 hours with code LOVECREATINE.
500g dispatches late April.
I know there’s been short supply of this everywhere at the moment, so thought I’d share.

39$ for 1kg for the same thing.
I got this.. shipping is pretty quick from Tasmania.. at the time there was no creatine anywhere in the shops.. supplies seems to have returned back to normal last couple of weeks
what should i take? should i really be taking this?
Yep.
Good for reducing fart smell
Would advise against unless doing weight training at least 4 days a week
Why 4 days a week and not 3?
Farts smell if u do more than 3
@gimli: Wouldn’t compare to a protein fart. I like to surprise my friends and family with protein farts
Yeah lol 4 days a week is a weird minimum.
@Avatar: It would be more weird for most if I said every second day.
If someone isn't hitting the gym seriously they really don't need to be asking their kidneys to process things they don't need and won't make much difference.
@reactor-au: You realise creatine has other benefits outside of lifting weights…
@Muscles: Please do enlighten us how supplementing creatine benefits outside of building muscles
@reactor-au: More importantly, enlighten me that creatine won’t benefit if you lift less than 4 times a week.
Most split cycles start from 3
@Muscles: Because more time lifting will have bigger gains than supplementing creatine, and no unnecessary work for the kidneys.
@reactor-au: That’s simply not what you indicated in your original post.
Secondly if you run a 3 day split and take creatine you will see benefits, unless you’re a non responder, where a 5 or 6 day split won’t make a difference.
Did you read the study on cognitive benefits of creatine?
Don't listen to anyone saying to not take it 'unless…'
Creatine is one of the best supplements regardless if you work out or not. Though the focus is around those who workout, there is great research on its cognitive benefits (more diminishing natural decline).
Especially at the cost, it's great bang-for-buck. Though this 'deal' is quite expensive. For weight lifters 5grams is good (more if you're a real tank), for non-weight lifters 2grams is fine.
Well said
Enjoy your creatine shits
Is this a thing? How much do people take to get this?
Can it mix with Nestle Nan Supremepro 1
Nah only compatible with 2
CreaPure (tm) is the only one that has been tested.
Most of the BIG companies use CreaPure creatine and make it known that they do.
Always worth paying a little extra for Creapure IMO
Wow, the price has almost triples in the last few years
Cheaper at Chemist Warehouse. $20 for 450g
Guys one time I ‘did’ creatine and after two sets of curls my arms were bursting out of my Tapout shirt and I could barely make it out of the squat rack.
Be careful.
haha!!!
According to my mum when I was 15 this is ultra anabolic stuff and one scoop will have you raging and failing all WADA dope testing.
Get ya mum on some of this then https://emraldlabs.com/collections/muscle-gain/products/turk…
Does Turk even work though?
¯_(ツ)_/¯. Source: trust me bro
backup source: Joe "Have you ever tried DMT?" Rogan
@esq: I hear you!
Turk didn’t work 20yrs ago so not sure why it works now.
Laynes even indicated it doesn’t work.., what’s the MOA?!
Seems like a gamble for $200 a month..,
@Muscles: Just like a preacher's daughter, natties will try anything and do anything so long as they don't lose their precious card.
Source: am natty, taking tongkat ali from suss Indonesian supplier.

Could still be cheaper at Amino Z. Especially when they shoot you an extra 15-20% sms discount which is common
