  • I nabbed these for 384 last week (in what I could only assume was a pricing error) - Price has since been corrected but still cheaper than the other retailers I've spotted online.

      What are they like?

I'm not an audiophile by any measure, I simply didn't want to follow the crowd.

        • Headphones seem great, feature-wise these are a big step up from my tired old B&O H7s
        • Finish is decent, it's not what I would call lavish, but it's no worse than the Sony/Bose etc. (Back to B&O if you value the higher quality finishes, eg: H95)
        • ANC is reportedly the weak point, compared to Bose/Sony, but it seems perfect in my experience in the office (haven't flown with them though)
        • The battery life is bananas between 30 - 60 hours depending on LDAC / ANC usage, Since unboxing I'm still on my original full-charge.
        • I struggle to talk to sound quality, these completely enclose the ear, offering a different listening experience from what I'm used to, add to this ANC which really helps to isolate the music. To me, they're fantastic, but YMMV
        • My only real gripe, is that the app and the software VO when you toggle features is a bit rubbish - Fortunately you don't need the app once you've configured things to your liking.
      • Off-topic but Tom has been my slack profile pic for a long time - Confusing moment for me spotting it in the thread.

What's the feedback on these? I am in the market for NC wireless headphones and looking for better sounding headphones than Bose NC 700.

Answered in the post above - Do some reading online, I like them, but I'm not able to compare them to the Bose / Sonys (I just didn't want either of those options)

    • In terms of sound, these will surely be better than Bose. Any random Audio Technica, Sennheiser, Sony, Pioneer, Technics will sound better than Bose in the comparable price range.

      • I am actually comparing the comfort (nc, weight distribution, battery, connectivity with multiple devices) I get with my current bose qc35. I tried sony xm4 but did not like the fitting on my head. Was actually considering Technics EAH-A800 now.

  • These are now $385 with free delivery at Addicted to Audio if anyone is interested.
