    Don't think so; doesn't state anywhere that it is hotswappable. Doesn't mean you can't swap out the switches, you might just need some experience with de/soldering.

  Anyone know if you can disable the RGB or at least set it to white without any flashing?

    I have the smaller 60% RN and it cane be disabled yes. Just set it to the solid color, then dim completely and off it goes.
