Surprise! A billion dollar business treating their customers like they should for making such an error in the first place! Shocking that we have to be surprised when they do the right thing. Whats $50 to them..
So people got the switches (someone got 2 orders of 2 each, 4 Switch OLEDs) as well as 2 X $50 voucher. Wow, they knew they have to line up at 9AM in store to get theirs as the email didn't come in till 9-36AM to the stores from the head-office.

I don't understand why they always have that gap time before instructions reaches not to honour the order quite a bit after opening. Staff trying to sneak out and collect their orders ?
Not necessarily, I called my local store at 9.21am and was already denied to pick up the order placed meaning that the head office email could've arrived earlier

You went there at store opening because you knew head office would try to stop the stores from releasing the goods, so you knew you were doing something wrong.
Dunno what the mark up is, but I assume the price error is more than it, so you have essentially added to TGG loss on this one.
Their loss is you and everyone else's gain though.

TBH, admit or not, I don't think TGG will loss money if they sell OLED switch for 320 per each.
It is just a price error which makes them make less money from this order.@igerry: My googling says it probably costs $267 USD just to make, which is more than $320 AUD.
If for arguments sake it's wrong and they aren't making a loss, like you said, you are still taking away revenue from them regardless.

TGG are filth… They have burnt many customers through these so called "errors"… I think you should use the $50 voucher and take pleasure in doing so :)
@sinners007: Just to the keyboard warriors out there … perhaps go back and look through OzB and see that TGG are repeat offenders when it comes to "errors" and then taking weeks to refund people. I recall the xbox "deal", the 2x Switch "deals", the Dyson's they never had stock of but took 4-6 weeks to refund people after just cancelling orders with no explanation. There is a reason they have an impressive 1.3/5 on product reviews for their online store.
So what's happen next?
You could at least show an appreciation to op by saying thanks or upvote their post LOL.

I received 1 voucher, first order got cancelled first thing in the morning, second order got cancelled as I see the invoice been invalid now. The voucher comes from the 1st cancellation

bloody, now it is listed $539 each, with $50 off, still more expensive than most places
$50! Was more than i expected. TBH id prefer the voucher than hassle selling the OLEDs.
